Mr. Delbridge is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. He was first appointed in 2013. He has trained extensively in endovascular procedures and has experience of endo-venous procedures for over 15 years and has now performed over 2000 procedures in his NHS practice. Mr. Delbridge has received extensive training in endovascular surgery having been awarded a Cook Fellowship in Manchester Royal Infirmary for 6 months.
In addition he had further endovascular training in Doncaster and Leeds and a year-long Advanced Fellowship in Toronto where he acquired additional skills in his main area of interest – Complex Endovascular Aortic Procedures. Since working in Norwich he has performed over 200 complex aneurysm procedures and now works with Terumo Aortic teaching surgeons in other countries how to perform the procedure. He is a keen teacher and has published a number of papers but also is the author of 2 very well respected undergraduate surgical textbooks.
Outside work he enjoys hiking, mountain biking and skiing and also coaches an under 15 age football team.
