Miss Alison Guy qualified in 2003 from the University of Birmingham. She completed her basic surgical training at Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham before completing her specialist training in the West Midlands and South West Deaneries. She gained an MD in the field of Renal Transplantation and worked as a fellow on the Vascular Unit at Heartlands hospital prior to taking up her consultant post at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust in 2016.
Miss Alison Guy is an accomplished vascular surgeon in both open and endovascular techniques, experienced in the treatment and management of varicose veins. She is based at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. She is the Clinical Lead for Vascular Surgery across the South Devon and Exeter Network.
When not at work she enjoys being with her two young children. She spends her spare time trying to play tennis and working on her allotment.
