Kayleigh joined Veincentre in 2023 as the Clinic Manager for our clinics in the South West region. Having spent over 21 years in the medical sector, beginning her career as a Dental Nurse and then building a portfolio of qualifications in a patient facing role such as radiography, sedation and a diploma in healthcare sciences.
Healthcare management has always been a career goal for Kayleigh and she is passionate about improving patient care and compliance which has been reflected in her studies. Over the last 8 years, Kayleigh has built up more knowledge and qualifications in compliance and management and has completed the ILM level 5 diploma in management of healthcare services.
Patient expectations and experience along with excellent customer service are very high priorities for Kayleigh to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Kayleigh is married and has two teenage boys. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality family time by going out for walks and meals and watching her boys play football come rain or shine.
She enjoys going to the theatre and concerts and particularly has a passion for musicals which she enjoys, as she also used to be a dancer and competed in competitions worldwide.
