What is your cancellation policy?

It can sometimes be difficult for us to fill appointments that are cancelled at the last minute or if someone fails to turn up.

If you wish to rearrange an appointment, this must be done according to the below timeframes, otherwise, unfortunately, a fee will be charged.

Treatment appointments

To rearrange, please let us know at least two weeks before your appointment date.

Consultation appointments

To rearrange, please let us know at least two weeks before your appointment date.

Follow-up appointments

To rearrange, please let us know at least two weeks before your appointment date.

Please note, if you book and schedule an appointment within the 14-day cancellation period, please be aware that you will no longer be eligible for a full refund once the appointment has taken place.
