Neal decided to go ahead with varicose vein treatment after years of dealing with itchy varicose veins, which also affected his confidence. Neal is over the moon with his results, now more confident and beach ready for the summer!
Neal had been struggling with varicose veins which caused symptoms such as itchiness, and the noticeable appearance of the veins made him feel self-conscious. He feared there was no way to get rid of them, but he did some research and found Veincentre. He came to our clinic in Knutsford to see Dr. Ananth Krishnan, to see how we could help.
Neal was immediately made to feel at home at Veincentre. He explained “Everyone at Veincentre was helpful, polite and put me at ease.” At his consultation, Neal met Dr. Krishnan who spoke to him about his concerns and performed an ultrasound scan to get to the bottom of the underlying cause of his varicose veins. Neal and Dr. Krishnan had a detailed conversation about the results of the scan and created a tailored treatment plan for Neal.
Following his consultation, Neal decided to go ahead with his recommended treatment of Endovenous laser ablation (EVLA) which is a minimally invasive treatment for varicose veins. Neal explained that he appreciated having the same consultant throughout his journey, meaning there was a continuity from one appointment to another, and he got to know his consultant (Dr. Krishnan) well over the course of his treatment, making him feel more confident and comfortable throughout.
